I realize that the drilling operation is a matter of team work, nobody can finish the job by himself whatever how clever he is, the whole team must working together like one person. I am a good team player and quickly adapt to the new environments.The other points l have got from my working experience is that we need to continue learning new knowledge. The university education only gives you limited and old knowledge, by working with engineer of different major l have learned knowledge of drilling fluid; geology; mechanic, all of these are vital for a qualified drilling engineer.
