- Participate in legal consultant in various business areas ( including not limited to corporate finance regulation, environmental protection and energy efficient regulation, corporate governance laws);- Negotiate, draft and review legal documents and contracts;- Working closely with commercial and operation team to provide the legal support.

- Negotiate, draft and review legal documents and contracts;- Ensure legal feasibility and legal compliance of real estate projects in PRC and elsewhere by maintaining appropriate legal structure and/or proposing relevant legal solutions;- Provide legal support and advice for daily business and operations;- Direct resolution of litigations, arbitrations or disputes.

- Contracts and legal doncuments review, negotiation, drafting and dispute resolution of Real Estate Management, Corporate Contracts, Labor contract, Tort;- Provide legal support to business covering wide range of topics including but not limited to corporate secretary, finance, advertisement compliance, HR, IE protection;- Translating English legal doncuments;- Other works as required to enable the business.
