Achieved the certification audit in the end of 2010 and re-certification audit in the end of 2013.I improved the manufacturing end line quality level (Passing Rate from 60% to 95%) by launching the self-control in production process. I reduced the defects and the related poor quality cost. The poor quality cost reduced to 0.89million from 2.3 million. This improvement is achieved by the following actions;Data collection of the non-quality defects each month and analysis the top 5 non-quality defects, then leading the cross-function team for the root cause analysis and the action plan with defined owner and time deadline. Then following the next production and verifying the effectiveness.Scrap: Pins crack/tear off---change the black material to pickling and oil one in order to protect the mould (extend the service life of mould from 2000pcs to 5000pcs) and reduce the scraps.
