About Li Li

I am a registered social worker practicing evidence-based treatments including CBT and ACT. I specialize in grief, anxiety, trauma, career stress, and minority/immigration experiences. My practice is trauma-informed and culturally-attuned. I have 8+ years of experience in direct clinical work that include palliative care, geriatric care, domestic violence, and community mental health. In addition to my clinical practice, I am passionate about the well-being of older adults and their families. I am involved in several community initiatives dedicated to immigrant seniors. In 2019, I advocated in my city, Richmond Hill, to adopt its first Age-friendly Community policy.
