• Enter daily cash activity for multiple parent and subsidiary cash accounts and analyze which operating entities are effecting positively and negatively on our cash flow.• Monitor ZBA cash activity on a daily basis from our 3 parent bank accounts to ensure there are enough funds to maintain daily operations among our 10+ US subsdiaries.• Act as main bank contact and admin for online user set up/authorization capabilities with multiple authorization approval levels.• Prepare weekly CF forecasting and allocate cash to AP accordingly to ensure operations run smoothly within the US companies.• Prepare 6-month cash flow and capex forecasts for 5 operating and 3 corporate entities on a monthly basis to provide a better view for stakeholders on their future cash outlook and demands.• Work on budgeting corporate expenditures for 10+ departments and ensure we are within the target budget for the upcoming fiscal year.• Analyze 10+ operating companies' bank accounts on a weekly basis to ensure they are showing a healthy cash flow and to aid with budgeting weekly cash allocation for better cash control.• Set up wires/ACHs for our corporate account and set up intercompany invoicing for our insurance claims account to ensure we have enough funds for claim drawdowns.• Reconcile inter-company schedules between U.S. and Mexico subsidiaries.• Work closely and extensively with CFO and Controller in mid-year and year-end audits to create consolidation schedules and provide supporting details for open audit items.• Analyze monthly P&L expenses on corporate books by department to ensure invoices are properly expensed and check for any expenses that should hit BS accounts instead (ie prepaid exp or capital assets).• Assist operating subsidiaries with ad hoc projects to ensure accuracy on their books (ie bank reconciliation, open audit items, intercompany analysis, etc).
