Ensure quality compliance adherence with supply base utilizing advance quality planning concepts, effective root cause & corrective action results via structured Problem solving tools & Methodologies.Maintain an employee performance management cycle consisting of performance reviews, goal setting, and follow up. Support MPM and NPI specialists, provide new project support and follow-up schedule of new project ,submission of PPAP

Responsible for the below works：Development and expansion of new customers;Successly developed Bosch Suzhou,ArvinMeritor Zhenjiang,SimensVDO Wuhu,Henkel Jiangsu,TATA Nanjing ets. in one yearQuotation and application of new project：Organize related engineer to review customer’s detailed requirements(e.g. annual usage, payment method, technical news and related requirements in law,etc),send RFQ of material and sub-parts to Purchasement(at least select three supplier),at one time send RFQ of tooling and gage etc,also send RFQ of the third party testing; review the cost of every work procedure with related production engineer. At last formed the quotation list to customer. Till now I totally sent more than 1,000 quotation lists to customer.the success program is more than 300 lists. Collection of all Customer’s technique and operation data at the early stage of customer developmentDetail review of new project before confirmed formallyTrack the development process of new project from end to end (follow the APQP procedure);According to annual sales information ,draw up yearly sales targetPerformance statistics of automotive customers and analysis of customers satisfaction surveyThe maintenance of customers relationsDeal with customers complaints Soucing and audit new supplier of stamping and injection tooling according to supplier management procedure. Developed five suppliers of stamping and injection tooling successfully: audit supplier at site and source approved supplier from quality, cost and company stratagem. At the beginning of supplier development monitor and support program schedule of supplier,set up technical and quality standard with supplier. Support supplier to make open issue lists of each program and continuous improvement.Assure each production process is controlled well.Cultivation of sector personnel
