Starting as a regional sales focusing on SOE/GOE accounts for financing deals including leasing.Moved to a complex deal maker for Greater China Group after 5 years of significantly closure and success as a regional sales. Focus mainly on coaching the sales team, but also have the opportunity to work directly with the General Manager of Greater China Group Global Financing to improve internal operation, creates incentives, sales enablement tools and most importantly strategies planning to drive revenue. In the 10th year services anniversary, as the company is moving its strategy to focus on Services financing, took the role to build, create, drive and manage services financing from scratch.
