- Take full charge of indirect purchasing covering tangible products including production, printing, IT, gifts, office supplys as well intangible professional services like HR, market research, data purchase, conslutancy, pictures, events, travelling and etc；- Formulate purchasing strategy for North Asia including South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand in line with business plan; collect market intelligence for the supply market, communicate internal stakeholders on demand, organize and conduct tendering, contract management and supplier management ；- Develop rational purchasing solution base on in-depth understanding on business requirement, market dynamics and industry analysis； - Build out and Maintain sounding partnership with suppliers to ensure suppliers deliveries meeting business expectation by effective supplier management；- Purchasing data collection and category management report.
