Project: As project leader to organize SSC vendor master data team and sourcing team members to process tasks arranged by global team to increase the quality of vendor master data in SAP (such as duplicate vendors’ clean-up, unify payment term for same vendors under different company codes etc); Lead SSC team members to clean up share-folder; Setup SSC TEDA Filling and Storage procedure and related documents editing.2. TR: Do Billing of exchange payment to vendors and investigate the contribution of BOE payment to cash flow through calculating differ between exchange billing due date any vendor payment date; TT (telegraphic transfer) payment for 3 companies; Edit details procedure of BOE payment; 3. GL: Correct wrongly booked entry according to transaction nature; process monthly expense accrual before month end closing; complete monthly bank and GL reconciliation report.4. AM: Take responsible Fixed assets for 3 companies (including purchase, physical inventory & disposal); prepare GAAP differ report and other asset reports required by controllers or auditors; complete monthly closing report related to fixed assets.5. IC: Issuing non-trade billing to intercompany; ensure responsible companies AR and AP balance are fully reconciled with inter-companies before month end closing.6. AR: Be responsible AR for 4 companies, such as AR customer statement reconcile with customers, Credit note issued for rebate or commission and related month end closing work.
