- Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources- Maintain BSU tools- Validate information within KYC records and Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents to ensure completion and accuracy

- Perform periodic Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) review on premier banking and mass customers.- Ensure the completion of periodic review within stipulated time frame.- Work closely with Relationship Managers to gather clients' information or documents before drafting on the EDD review and making independent recommendations regarding AML risk to the Business Units.- Conduct research via available bank systems and commercial databases.- Identify red flag situations and escalate in line with policy and procedures.- Identify, analyze and escalate potential AML risks.- Identify and escalate any unusual activity or transaction activity not consistent with client's profile.

Part time job in the weekend where I am required to :- Key in the payment vouchers into the SQL Accounting Software- Do filing of documents (payment vouchers and invoices) - Create customer and supplier invoices in the SQL Accounting Software

- Provide support to customers' queries on the SQL Accounting Software through teamviewer and phone call- Send email to notify customers on the trainings to attend in response to new features of the software
