Prepared the EPC specification of the steam turbine island. Review and evaluate the vendor’s proposal. 2 blocks of 360MW Combined Cycle Power Plant with each block having a configuration of 2x2x1. The site is an underground rock cavern. Responsible for the review of the proposal on behalf of the Owner and offer solutions to improve the technical aspects of the power plant.Pulau Seraya Cogeneration Combined Cycle Power Plant in Singapore.
