Responsible for driving strategy and delivery of product, inclusive of defining requirements, facilitating and performing designs, testing, measuring, and enhancing set of products including IHG's digital channels, Payments checkouts, as well as the data infrastructure behind it. Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea inception through development and launch. Coordinate with global and regional teams to design and delivery solutions. Work closely with technology teams to ensure products are built with high quality and meet requirements.

• Have deep understanding on enterprise business process improvement in order to create innovation product to help enterprise on business process discovery, process analyze and process optimization with RPA (robotic process automation) technology• Define product release scope and prioritize features for minimum viable product. Communicate product roadmap and release scope to stakeholders• Led BA team on detailed design on technical complicated and business logic complex modules, some key modules such as process discovery (business process mining), analytic dashboard (BI reporting), RPA execution platform, content management, messaging, admin etc

• Understand enterprise M&A activities, build knowledge on KPIs and dashboard BI reporting for different M&A stages• Led product design as business analyst lead on BI requirement collection and dashboard design for Enterprise Separation & Integration activities in different stages (Discovery, Build&Test, Cutover) and in different areas (Application Inventory, Test, Defect, Risk, Issue).

• Manage testing projects of different areas of technical background required (web, web service, Big Data, BI, SQL, etc)• Responsible for department project metrics measurement and provide project management dashboard for senior management level.
