- Provide operational, tactical, and strategic HR support to the Operations Function in North and South America, along with oversight of the supporting HR Business Partner team- Oversee the ChemTreat Total Rewards program and team- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR associates- Serve as a central point of contact for managers and employees to offer support with a specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, and talent assessment, acquisition and retention.- Advise, influence and guide all levels of management on HR implications of business strategies and all aspects of people management, leadership, and compensation.- Ensure optimal relationships with the business partners through strength in understanding and creating solutions to deliver the highest satisfaction levels for our diverse set of associates.- Lead the annual performance management processes; facilitate calibration and helps drive appropriate differentiation of ratings and rewards. Work with managers to pro-actively address performance issues.- Lead the Engagement Survey cycle from seeking associate feedback through creation and implementation of the Engagement Action Plan.- Anticipate the need for change and influence change proactively.
