Calls and sends out messages to clients to confirm their appointments for the following day. Maintains front desk cleanliness and tidiness; flips estheticians’ rooms in between treatments by changing sheets and sanitizing surfaces. Diligently follows required protocol for rescheduling, editing, and cancelling appointments. Responsible for creating invoices and transferring them to our online shipments platform, as well as packing and labeling clients orders. Reviews facial treatment aftercare instructions with clients and verifies they have the correct products recommended by their esthetician upon check-out. Packs and labels unfulfilled orders as assigned. Prepares treatment aftercare kits for the following day.

Warmly welcomes customers into the store and helps them find specific items when needed. Accurately checks out customers’ items and processes returns/exchanges when necessary. Answers store phone when necessary. Takes down all expired item sale tags throughout the store at the beginning of each shift (as Back-Up Scan). Scans display item barcodes and prints out most recent tags for them. Sets item tags throughout the store and verifies that they are up to date.
