Language of Collaborative Manufacturing (LOCM). https://locm.blogs.bristol.ac.uk/ Working with a diverse team across the Universities of Bath and Bristol, my research focuses on applying user-centric design & evaluation approaches to support communication and project performance in large scale engineering projects. Working closely with Engineer stakeholders and end-users, I'm involved in the full design process from user research, design and testing dashboard tools that support collaborative communication, decision making, and problem solving.

Human-Autonomous Systems Collective Capability (HASCC) project. http://www.cs.bath.ac.uk/hascc/index.html My work focused on understanding the behavioural and the contextual factors that influence human decision-making in situations involving interaction between humans and intelligent agents. Exploring an array of situations in which we now interact with intelligent or autonomous systems, such as disaster response, social welfare and administrative duties, this project put forward core interaction features that feed into designing human-agent interaction experiences, putting human behaviour at the forefront of this design process.

SuperIdentity Project (SID): http://www.southampton.ac.uk/superidentity/index.pageAs part of a multidisciplinary team across 7 UK and US organisations, my work contributed to two main areas for understanding and harnessing digital change in how we use and express identity. First, delivering user-research and evaluation with law enforcement and intelligence services in the design of interactive web-platform interfaces supporting their identification processes. Second, and more broadly, my research focused on the self-disclosure behaviour within different domains (e.g., face-to-face, social network sites, blogs, etc.), with a focus on user experience regarding attitudes on privacy and perceived acceptability of online identity markers.
