Worked on a healthcare litigation case involving in-depth analysis of Medicare and CMS Open Payments data. Performed market research and drafted a literature review on available treatments for multiple sclerosis. Did large-scale data cleaning and munging in R and SAS, ran and interpreted statistical analyses for senior staff.

Joint member of the Eric Lander Lab and Rudolph Jaenisch Lab (Whitehead Institute, MIT). Collaborated on projects regarding stem cells and cell fate conversion. This involved generating iPSCs and totipotent cells in vitro, genome-wide screens using CRISPR, and single-cell RNA sequencing exploratory data analysis.

Worked with Dr. Amy Gehring to investigate in vitro substrate specificity and in vivo biological function of a potential phosphodiesterase regulator of antibiotic production in Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2), a soil-dwelling bacterium.

Worked in the research lab of Dr. Yi Xing, studying models of mRNA processing and post-transcriptional gene regulation in mammalian cells. We screened potential modulators of m6A RNA methylation in mammalian systems using the Library of Integrated Network-based Cellular Signatures (LINCS), with the aim of manipulating differentiation capacities of human embryonic stem cells.
