• Served as the Contract Team Lead for the Travel Programs and Services Division, supporting activities to enhance enterprise-wide commercial travel programs, including the U.S. Government Rental Car Program, DoD Bus Program, Integrated Lodging Program, and Recruit Assistance Program. • Supervised a team to support the U.S. Government Rental Car Agreement (USGRCA), designated as a Best-In-Class government-wide solution valued at $337M, that provided $59M in cost avoidance FY19. Efforts resulted in FY20 reviewing and re-writing the agreement for enhanced program requirements and traveler amenities and additional government cost avoidance, data visibility, and enhanced traveler experience. • Supported Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) and Program Managers (PMs) for 10 DoD travel services contracts valued at over $60M.Notable achievements while in the position included:- Processed over 200 DoD Bus Program carrier applications in support of DoD Bus Agreement #5 resulting in revitalizing an outdated program and adding process improvement technology. - Facilitated the transition of Travel Management Company (TMC) training to a virtual platform and contributed expert guidance to key players regarding their roles during the implementation phase. - Supported vendor compliance dashboard reviews, resulting in the government recouping $20M+ in overcharges from rental car companies.

• Responsible for the overall project management of a $6.8M technical, analytical, and logistics support contract. • Managed a full range of conference planning and logistical support activities for 30 Internal Grant Review meetings to include registration, site selection, hotel and vendor contract negotiation, travel support, ground transportation, meeting invitations, agenda development, meeting packets, audio–visual support, meeting supplies, honorarium payments, reimbursement processing, meeting notes, recordings, evaluations, and monthly reports. • Reviewed existing travel procedures and created new processes to establish priorities and develop approaches to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. • Coordinated with Travel Management Company to collect review feedback, identify areas for improvement, and communicate with federal staff and contracting partners.

• Managed day-to-day operations and contract and vendor management for a multimillion-dollar Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contract.
