I'm on the production team responsible for the episodes of the weekly podcast OFFBounds, which interviews commerce leaders worldwide.My responsibilities include:- Booking guests and studios in different locations.- Researching both the guests and their brands before interviews.- Coordinating social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.- Writing articles about the latest trends in the retail world.

Projects during the UX/UI course on EDIT: - L’Oreal’s Portugal LuxClub Platform
Final Course Project: how retain more hairdressers for LuxClub, an Omnichannel Project (UX/UI and marketing).- Fruta Feia:

 end-of-contract journey study for website and mobile.- MUDE: redesigned the whole website.

I developed strategic content for 10 clients from various sectors, including investments, men's apparel, health, beauty, and created content for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, stories, reels, as well as eBook layouts.

Creation of commercial projects focused on the user experience through brands.- Monitoring the Project in all its stages from the Briefing, the definition of personas, benchmarking of stores in the same segment, and design of mood boards, to contact with stakeholders;- Realization of the Visual Merchandising of each Project, based on the main visual characteristics of the brands;During the period present in the office, there was participation in:- Mall kiosk for a 4m² semi-jewelry brand, in São Paulo (images attached).- Children's store measuring 15m², in Santa Catarina.- Carpentry detailing, for a 122m² children's store, in Goiânia.- Preliminary study and mood board for a 4m² jewelry store in Paraná.- Survey by online method from the office, for approximately three future projects.

Collaboration in more than 30 stores across Brazil* for the franchise The Best Açaí, the biggest self-service franchise of açaí in Brazil. Performed activities:- Feasibility study of the commercial point, which included: a floor plan with minimal layout and attractive visual aspects determined by the franchise (graffiti wall, wallpaper with bricks, cores, phrases), facade study (taking into account the relationship with the surroundings ).- Furniture and executive detailing (AUTOCAD), in addition to modeling and 3D images (Sketchup).*From October to November 2022 there was a freelance collaboration for the franchise.

Support in an architecture office for managing social media.Performed activities:- Editing photos, videos and writing texts for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin);- Use of Adobe Creative Cloud software for editing photos and videos (Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere), and programming posts through Creator Studio.- Strategic positioning of the office in the networks, for the conversion of new clients.

Elaboration of details for luxury projects (architectural and interior) at the executive level, using AUTOCAD software.- Detailing of furniture and civil (lining, hydraulic, electrical, among others).- Contact with suppliers.
