During my internship in Human Resources at Trílogo, I had the opportunity to actively participate in the structuring and optimization of strategic people management processes, contributing to the company's growth and development. My main responsibilities included:- Career, Positions, and Compensation Plan: Creation and structuring of the plan, ensuring a clear vision of growth opportunities and career progression within the company.- Leadership Development Program: Participation in the creation, development, and execution of the program, aimed at the continuous development of leadership and management competencies.- Internal Forms and Surveys: Preparation and analysis of forms and surveys, generating valuable insights for strategic decision-making in the HR sector.- Interviews and Employee Follow-up: Assistance in evaluation interviews during the probation period, engagement, and offboarding, contributing to talent retention and development.- HR Administrative Tasks: Support in activities related to hiring, termination, time tracking, benefits management, payroll, and document verification.- Support for HR Demands: Active participation in internal events, recruitment and selection processes, and other people management demands.This experience allowed me to develop a solid understanding of key Human Resources processes and apply my knowledge in a practical way, with a focus on talent development, operational support, and people management.
