As part of an internship during my studies a non profit was established alongside individual work with applicants, the work included the third sector and work with asylum seekers without status from Sudan and Eritrea. The work required and developed various skills, such as:• Multicultural work, initiative, mediation of services and submitting applications for the benefit of individuals and communities with factors such as: local authorities, the Population Authority, employment centers, the UN Commission and more.• Experience working as part of a multi-professional team on the one hand and independently finding solutions in the field on the other hand. This is while dealing with the corona crisis which has led to a need for assistance with dynamic work.• Ability to work under pressure, providing routine responses beyond working hours and handling emergencies.• Creating projects for the community in educational and health needs, while organizing, producing and finding logistical and budgetary responses to needs, in collaboration with official institutions and with various associations.• Production of official events and continual communication with the partner community.• Work with Windows Office applications.
