- Responsible for all of the execution aspects (Product, R&D , Operations and Creative) of the fast growing, large scale and technology advanced products in Viber, such as Channels, Communities, AR Lenses, Stickers and new exciting content creation/consumption products currently in development- Driving growth and engaging content to hundreds of millions of users while keeping the platform safe and secure- Improving Viber's moderation capabilities powered by machine learning and an incredible moderation team- Proud owner of a Marvel Channel (Search for it on Viber) - Managing over 80 remarkable and dedicated people (and still hiring!)

- Responsible for rebuilding the data department from a complete new data pipeline to support tens of billions of events per day to add to Viber's data lake storing Petabytes of data. Adding real time analytics and data enrichment capabilities.- Improving data accessibility, governance, building self service systems, defining c-level dashboards and providing data analysis to all of the stakeholders in Viber - Heading the data science team, solving business challenges in various fields: Graph related (Edge Prediction, Node Classification), user segmentation, churn prediction, recommender systems, anomaly detection as well as computer vision and NLP problems- Ownership of the spam and fraud prevention team building advanced and robust detection tools, reducing spam's reach by hundreds of percents and saving cost. - Advancing VIber's 1st party user data and integrating it to personalization systems- All of this while growing and building new teams of data super heroes (from 5 to 25)

- Led the technical aspects for creating new platforms in Viber such as a content SDK, Feed, Ads and the Bot platform.- Managed complex integrations with 3rd parties (e.g. Digital payments and P2P transactions)

- Managed the development for feature phones, BlackBerry and the desktop client for Windows, Mac and Linux.- Managed strategic and multidisciplinary projects from concept to production (such as Viber Games and the Business Messages solution)
