I have more than 25 years of experience in Communications, in Brazil and Latin America, in corporate reputation, crisis prevention and management, press relations, internal communication, leadership communication, employer branding, organizational culture and social media management. My career included years of work in international Public Relations agencies such as Edelman, in São Paulo, and Ketchum, in Panama and Central America, serving clients such as KPMG, MasterCard, Pepsico, Avon, FedEx and Kellogg's. I worked for multinationals in different segments, such as Whirlpool and MSD.In an increasingly dynamic and digital world, I always seek to update myself to adapt and keep the Communication and execution strategy dynamic and effective with different stakeholders. I prioritize the focus on results and work strongly in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Public Affairs and other key areas. In recent years I supported the creation of and participated in several affinity groups focused on diversity and inclusion within MSD (Merck & Co).I am a proactive person, passionate about working in Communication and making a difference in people's lives, inside and outside the organization.
