• Conduct comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in commercial and industrial environments.• Inspect and test electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipment.• Identify and document defects, non-compliances, and potential safety hazards.• Provide clear and concise reports detailing the condition of electrical installations, including recommendations for remedial actions.• Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices.• Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice.• Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated as required.• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills

• To attempt first time fix on any reported incidents, ensuring that details of all attempted fixes and their results, are recorded in the ticket.• Ensure timely resolution of tickets based on the priority of service level agreements (SLAs).• Providing IT support via our phone and ticket systems, logging detailed and concise information.• Develop and maintain guides and knowledge base articles for IT issues to ensure service desk team can work together as a whole.

• Planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems/circuits• Visual inspections of circuits, systems and equipment• Locating faults/breakdowns and logging these to the systems for repair engineers• Fault finding on electrical circuits and systems• Full Electrical system testing on different types of properties and buildings, these tests include continuity/insulation resistance, RCD trip tests• Single phase and three phase systems• Completing all appropriate paperwork such as Work Authorisation Forms (WAF), Safety Isolation tags, risk assessments• Completing online Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) being fully compliant with 2391 inspection and test requirements and BS7671 18th Edition wiring regulations.

In August 2013 I was employed as an Electrical Maintenance Apprentice at AWE. I studied for 3.5 years in various Ofsted regulated locations whilst in my apprenticeship as well as in house training in AWE.
