I have wealth of experience providing excellent customer service going above beyond the customers expectations which is something I pride myself on. In particular I have moulded this within the financial sector but have taken experience in sports and working with diverse cultures in other countries to enhance my skills in these areas. I have been lucky to experience working in other countries which has helped me adapt to situations I may not be used to and understand how different cultures work. I am highly determined and competitive individual who never likes to miss a target or goal I set myself or within the work place. I have now been working with mortgages since MMR came in so have an extensive knowledge of giving mortgage advice compliantly and efficiently. I bring working with sports and team environments the passion to know that working as a team and together will always drive the best results and sharing best practice with colleagues to improve others and myself.
