Through my role, I am responsible for a global headcount of 1800, covering APAC and EMEA, with staff located in the US, UK and India.I provide dynamic leadership to a Global Talent Management team consisting of HR Directors and HR Business Partners and drive the integration of employees from acquired legacy entities into Escalent's organisational structure, striving to ensure a seamless amalgamation.I focus on driving business growth and expansion through building relationships with key stakeholders, including advising executive leadership on organisational design and workforce planning.Moreover, I contribute to attracting and retaining top talent ensuring competitiveness and fairness across global markets, through leading compensation and benefits programmes.Achievements during this time include conceptualising, developing and implementing the performance review process, utilising the people management platform Lattice, empowering people leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams and inspire positive cultures. Additionally, I successfully integrated HR processes and systems following two simultaneous acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with company culture and values.Also, I conceived, developed and rolled out effective global HR strategies and initiatives for the entire workforce, and ensured consistency and compliance, achieved when embedding HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and best practices across all world-wide locations. Furthermore, I supported business objectives and cultivated a high-performance culture, achieved through spearheading the creation and execution of talent management, retention and succession planning strategies.I improved the workplace environment, making it a more inclusive workplace environment and improved employee engagement and retention through effectively advocating diversity, equity and inclusion, after further developing and owning various ERGs (Disability and Queerspace)

Following a company acquisition, I was promoted to People & Culture Business Partner followed by Senior Director. I oversaw a global headcount of 700, including HR Managers and HR Advisors, leading various HR functions and responsibilities including recruitment and talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. I held direct oversight of the design and rollout of communications plans in conjunction with the wider HR team and drove continuous improvement of development of the induction process focusing on company values, skill building and engagement.In terms of accomplishments, I facilitated the integration of two company acquisitions, and ongoing acquisitions, while supporting staff well-being throughout the time of change and post-transaction. I supported global exponential growth through spearheading employee engagement initiatives, including the introduction of flexible working, thereby improving employee job satisfaction and wellbeing; introduction of tailored benefits, including mortgage and retirement, and orchestrated employee coaching. Also, I headed development and implementation of Exceedra’s pay and reward strategy, in collaboration with Mercer, and improved employees’ well-being, managed talent effectively and contributed to the company’s overall success.

Within this function, I provided inclusive HR support in a fast-paced SaaS organisation to both the business and employees (c.500) across EMEA, APAC and US, partnering with key stakeholders and leaders to deliver an HR service in line with the organisation needs and priorities.I supported the growth and coaching of people managers to ensure employee relation issues were dealt with successfully.Following an acquisition and merger, I was the sole HR professional retained and promoted during employment. During this role, I optimised the induction process, focusing on instilling company values, encouraging skill development and promoting employee engagement.I designed and implemented the company’s first HR policies and procedures and performed continuous evaluation to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
