I consulted with the college on obtaining validation by the University of Manchester to establish a Master of Arts in counseling program at the college. The program was modeled upon the Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling program I had directed at Colorado Christian University.

Besides teaching Biblical Studies, Theology, History, and Greek, administrative duties eventually included oversight of the graduate program in Biblical Counseling that was originally founded by Dr. Larry Crabb. In connection with the latter program, I also compiled and edited documents, and prepared the program for focused visits of teams from North.
