As a senior team member at Greggs, I undertook a varied list of roles and responsibilities. Alongside my duties of opening and closing the store, and overseeing the day-to-day operations, I also had other responsibilities. I took on levels of leadership and mentoring. These can include tasks such as guiding new employees to become valued members of staff through training, delegating roles throughout the team when necessary, and also giving my support with inventory management, end-of-day sales, and maintaining targets via the quota

I was tasked with supporting children in a secondary school environment, where I provided dedicated assistance to help them thrive academically and personally. My role also included handling various administrative tasks, such as reprographics and other office duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. During the pandemic, I was committed to the well-being of the school community by actively assisting with coronavirus testing, and helping staff and students get tested safely and efficiently. This experience has helped me develop my emotional support and administrative skills, making me a versatile and reliable staff member.
