- Housekeeping and management of 20+ applications across the IT estate for 200+ users, including Advanced DRS, AllPay, SmartSheet and Serengeti EDMS- Application Support for newly implemented Dynamics 365 F&O solution- One of two team members providing ongoing application support for Dynamics 365 CE environments and Dynamics 365 HR (Stand-alone) environments- Liaising with external support partners to investigate and troubleshoot issues across different areas of the business- Lead Application Support on upgrading our resource scheduling system to the new version whilst maintaining high levels of end user support

Additional responsibilities gained on top of Desktop Support role:- Maintenance and upkeep of servers and end user devices - using SCCM ADRs and Maintenance Windows to deploy monthly updates- Implementation of Asset Management process using SmartSheet and ServiceDesk Plus tools. Liaising with HR to import this information into their new HR system- Assisting colleagues in the team with resolving Penetration Testing reports - contacting external support to successfully resolve issues in a timely manner- PowerShell scripting - implementing automated processes for new starters and leavers- Maintaining high levels of support for over 20 different systems over the IT estate- Working with other areas of the business to implement new solutions, ensuring they have correct details, equipment and systems to do their jobs

- Efficiently providing support to 200+ end users and external contacts- Project lead on implementation of ServiceDesk Plus Cloud as our IT Service Desk solution- Project Managed planning and rollout of End User Computing refresh from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (Surface Laptops and Pros)- One of four IT team members assisting in rollout of new mobile devices to our operatives- Support for Microsoft 365 apps and services including Sharepoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams- Infrastructure support and administration - Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2/2016/2019, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, Intune and SCCM- Successfully implemented our Starters, Movers, Leavers process liaising with HR in doing so- Assisted implementation and rollout of MFA, Self-Service Password Reset and Intune MDM to end users- One of two engineers working on the implementation of Network Access Control using 802.1x for wired devices in the office space
