Screen and recommend training partners to senior leadership for expanding IT training pathway. Facilitate team meetings within the Academics and Training unit. Ensure staffing/coverage for all CTE courses. Recruit and screen IT pathway participants.

Liaison with Pearson Higher Ed in strategic partnership to improve urban adult learner outcomes using online learning management systems, primarily MyFoundationsLab, Propero, and LearnerCommunity. Liaison with other tech partners in delivering an array of secondary online learning and IT training resources. Develop protocols for lab management including troubleshooting practices, student and staff conduct, and data analysis. Assist with recruitment, outreach, and retention by engaging community networks.And most importantly, deliver learning lab instruction to students in three-hour sessions, offering tech support, differentiated instruction, direct tutoring, IT training, and motivation.

Assist DC residents with enrollment in GED prep, professional development, and/or adult literacy curriculum through the Community College of DC Workforce Development Program. Provide on-site assistance in Literacy Lab for IT support and educational tutoring as needed. Craft specialized curricula for students individually based on test assessments. Train colleagues on new software tools/learning tools. Conduct community outreach, forge partnerships with private and public resources. Master of Ceremonies for bi-annual Student Recognition Celebration. Perform administrative duties as needed in the continuing development of the Community College and the Workforce Development Program.
