I successfully completed my secondary education and proceeded to sixth form, where I pursued a Level 4 BTEC in IT, graduating in 2015. Soon after, I embarked on an exciting journey at Caseware, where I have dedicated nearly 8 years of my career, continuously honing my expertise and skills in the IT sector.During my tenure at Caseware, I have played a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and spearheading the implementation of innovative solutions within the organization. From my early days as an IT Apprentice, I swiftly progressed to the position of IT Technician and currently hold the esteemed title of Senior IT Technician.Over the years, I have acquired extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, enabling me to excel in resolving complex IT challenges and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems.
