I am interested in employment in a sales position that provides a positive, competitive work enviroment where I can contribute with my experience, energy, knowledge and daily goal driven best effort. Cal Newport, in "Deep Work" recommends that setting ambitious goals, whether they are work related, fitness, financial etc., is accomplished by focusing on the lag measures more than the lead measures to most efficiently and optimally achieve goals one has visualized. To use a real example of this mental approach, in my last sales position, rather than focus on Units Funded I shifted my focus to the accumulation of Prospect Applications and it worked tremendously, continuously improving my numbers month by month. More importantly, staying true to this system helped me achieve my impressive year of closing 50+ units of which funded over $3,000,000.00 in working capital through unsecured financial products. I plan to continue to apply this already proven system in any other positions, as well as continuing to explore additional, similar solutions.I enjoy working with others to achieve a common goal, and I am skilled at bringing out the best of not only myself, but also of those I work with. My greatest strength is sales, built through effective communication and the creation of trust and respect in client relationships.
