My role is to promote athletic performance and nutrition in a variety of sports for all ages. • 1-to-1 consultations with athletes and parents.• Lead S&C sessions (individual, group, remote, and on-site).• Deliver nutrition and performance workshops (athletes, parents, teams, schools)• Provide personalised performance nutrition support (online and in-person).• Weekly contact and check-ins to plan and refine nutrition strategies.• Design S&C and injury rehabilitation programmes.• Conduct physical testing (power, force, acceleration, speed).• Perform body composition assessments (following ISAK protocol).
