As managing director of SBB Scaffolding Services Ltd, it is my responsibility to administer and control the resources of the company. This includes; leading a team to meet and exceed goals, overseeing hiring processes and implementing policies to effectively recruit, train and retain employees to ensure the company functions efficiently as possible. It is also my responsibility to ensure all of our projects are completed on time and within budget, to the high standards set by myself and the company.
