Heading the company on conversion of customers and exceeding targeted KPI’s through leadership and the development of teams in 20 plus units. Including the remote management of 3 cluster managers • Managing the transition ownership of several Company O2 owned units to business partners in Franchise ensuring continuous delivery during a volatile and unstable period for the units. This required a great deal of leadership, excellent communication and diplomatic skills.• Working with PricewaterhouseCoopers to develop Customer feedback through text message for O2. Increasing the sample size from under 2000 a year to over 300,000 plus customers. This involved piloting and evaluating the scheme and advising on the general roll out. This project resulting in the development of an industry standard practice. • Redesigning the retail catering offers across the Chatsworth estate, from inception to opening. This included the design and development of all of the outlets, an interiors shop. Streamlining of the warehouse and buying operations.
