This involved working alongside the ships captain and transcribing his words verbatim whilst at action stations, or supporting the ships damage and control teams to fight fires and floods. These roles required me to display effective decision making and be able to deliver results at a rapid pace in a high pressured environment.- Deployed as part of the ships on board first aid team. This required an ability to work as an effective part of a team, supporting the other first aid team members aswel as the fire fighting and flood defence teams in high pressured, potentially life threatening situations.
