o Management of the Retail Gift Aid sector including managing staff and ensuring the scheme functions profitablyo Engaging and developing relationships with extrenal companies to arrange tenders, business development and financial opportunitieso Create 3 year strategy to propel Gift Aid to the forefront of the businesso Submission of compliant claims to HMRCo Create project plans for Gift Aid to become easily accessible and more streamlined in the sectoro Responsible for the adherence of Age UK to Government guidelineso Internal self-audits for complianceo Regular review of the current business structure and potential adaptations

o Responsible for the Gift Aid performance across the North.o Increase sales performance of area in order to meet designated sales targets.o Training and development of new starters across the region to ensure a clear and concise expectation is in place from inductiono Coaching staff and volunteers to encourage performance, assess capability and deliver expectations/goals. This can be achieved by a number of methods such as 1 to 1 sessions, individual/group coaching in store or capability hearings.o Investigations into potential fraudo Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and discover new leads in relation to improving the departmento Analysis of KPI statso Attend meetings with other charity representatives to discuss best practise o Create and organise events to promote and maximise revenueo Develop campaigns to promote gift aid within the retail sector
