I would best describe myself as a man who has over 10 years experience within the hospitality, catering and customer service sectors. I have done duties such as supervising staff, dealing with enquiries from internal and external agents both in peson and over the phone amongst other office duties. Duties I have also undertaken has been providng a high quality customer service for all, handling deliveries and ordering stock and extra staff for events catering. I have also lots of expereince in a kitchen enviroment, till operation and stock management. Over the last 2 years ,I have volunteered to further my skills and knowledge in charity and support work. I have learned a great number of new skills during this time, such as helping to run group meetings for clients facing issues that they may need help with.I have also gained experience in registering and booking clients into services, updating and creating new records regarding clients use of services. I have learned to maintain contact with clients through post, over the phone and running social groups. I really enjoy working with computers and I have learned much about this through volenteering. I am looking to join an organisation that would make use of my existing skills and knowledge as well as add to them. I woud gladly undertake additional training and study in order to progress my carear.
