Operated within an installation and service team travelling across the UK and Europe working on sites in the Anaerobic Digestion industry. Carried out pre-planned maintenance and installations of specialist pumps, submersible mixers, grinders, flexible gas holders, pipework and instrumentation.

General construction and civils work on domestic and commercial sites throughout Cambridgeshire, including excavation, demolition and concreting.

Supervised multiple teams of field engineers working on sites across Florida, USA. Played a key role in the planning and logistics of various projects (tasks included scheduling, equipment and plant hire, material procurement and liaising with customers) in the pipeline and services industry. Led my own team to complete projects locating pipelines underground, excavated for access to damaged pipelines and used epoxy resin with felt liners to repair damages. Operated specialist equipment to track underground pipelines, find and clear blockages without any excavation.

Provided engineering and technical support daily. Installed, modified, overhauled, maintained, troubleshot, repaired, rebuilt, aligned, and calibrated complete multi-systems such as airborne communications/navigation and sensor systems in highly automated AC130U aircraft. Proficient use of hand and power tools, precision measurement equipment and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, pulse generators, signal generators, power supplies, resistance decades, frequency counters, spectrum analysers, distortion analysers, oscillators, power meters, torque wrenches and various other tools/equipment. Daily use of schematic diagrams to assist in installation and troubleshooting of components. Maintained APQ-180 Radar System for fleet of AC-130U airframes valued at $7.2 billion.

Traveled to sites across the UK performing installations of mainly Atlas Copco air compressors including pipework, ducting and ancillary equipment. Carried out pre-planned maintenance in accordance with manufacturers’ guidance to minimize any breakdowns. Used troubleshooting skills to return equipment to full function after any breakdowns. Performed complex mechanical installations and removals of motors, screw elements, cooling fans, radiators and stop valves.
