- Business Manager: Successfully managing dealers to ensure they meet Ford’s requirements to hit their objective targets. This involves building rapport with the client and having the knowledge and understanding of what objectives need to be met. Organising several meetings, a month to discuss where and how things can be improved within their department. - FSA Coordinator: Gathering information to fully support the Sales, CV, PV field team to ensure they have the knowledge and understanding of what field service actions are upcoming or active. This will involve supplying information of sales holds, parts availability, and ordering processes. I have gained a network of colleagues who wish to receive weekly updates which I collate and have also released Green Tops to the whole network. - White Glove Champion: Providing weekly support to the field team by creating spreadsheets of data for colleagues to review and improve their dealer’s performance. Being set the task in assisting the rebrand of White Glove, I successfully: o Produced a Green Top to dealers in GBR and used as best practice across markets.o Composed a matrix to support dealers with all field service action details involved. And, successfully communicated with the professional technician system team to include this matrix on the system to fully support dealers. - Mystery Shop Champion: Supporting my team by obtaining any calls which are required, also gathering information to assist the requester on why calls were or were not successful. - Model-E involvement: Producing a weekly presentation requiring communication with GCCT / DTA / GTAC departments to support the Model-E process. Then collating notes throughout the meeting to discover how we can improve Model-E.
