Role included rigorous vendor acceptance testing, project planning, line installation, qualification and start-up.- Managing project budgets in excess of 5M USD, project segment closed within budget. Day to day management of large teams of contractors and equipment operators.- Successful installation, qualification and start-up of cap pressing and labelling equipment given short notice and no prior knowledge of technology; 1 week ahead of schedule.- Coached and managed 6 process engineers within the robotics and vision system technologies equipment areas.
