I also have to make sure that the people checking claims are in the right positions and are able to reach the claims quickly and safely.Reception Desk: In this role I would greet people as they come in through the door, answer the phone and solve people enquires, I would also help sign people in and update any relevant information they change and when we have new members making sure they have a membership number and a card, also on this role I would check for ID when it is necessary if a person looks under 21 Years of age. The last part is I would help with any paperwork that needs to be added to the system.Slot Machine Technician: In this role I would walk around the arcade area making sure it is tidy and that everything is ready for when a new user wants to use a machine, I would also to the cash matches at the times acquired where the player put some money in and we add whatever they just put into their machines.
