- Oversaw retail store and service center development, refresh and renovation projects- Managed all phases of the project, including real estate due diligence, design, construction and closeout- Provided budgetary cost based upon the preliminary scope of projects- Gathered proposals from architects, engineers and contractors and assigned contracts upon receipt of all proposals- Developed the final cost and schedule for the project, and managed cost, schedule and scope throughout the project lifecycle- Facilitated city, county, and governmental approvals

- Oversaw refresh and renovation projects for retail stores- Developed national programs to address ongoing maintenance issues- Worked as part of a cross-functional team to improve existing and initiate new operational policies- Preparation and analysis of financial reports for projects totaling more than $100MM- Analyzed and made recommendations on operational functions to streamline business processes

- Organized and facilitated the complete construction process for all managed developments, from planning through to delivery- Executed all pre-construction, construction, quality control, and post-construction responsibilities- Developed construction budget and ensured adherence to financial plans- Coordinated with Owner Rep regarding all RFI and change order submissions to ensure client satisfaction

- Procured subcontractor bids- Assisted in the preparation of new project proposals, estimates and subcontractor bid walkthroughs- Supported the project managers in the administration of the project from inception through turnover- Worked with PM in completing of the project close-out process, including the punch list and submitting the close out package to the owner
