St Michael's House is one of the largest intellectual disability service providers in Ireland with an annual budget of €90m and employing 1,700 people. It provides day, residential and respite services to 1,600 people in the Greater Dublin area in 170 locations. As Director of Finance I am responsible for all finance and management reporting to the Board, Finance Committee and Health Services Executive. I am also responsible for the management, development and leadership of a team of 12 staff. I am responsible with the leadership team for the development and direction of the organisation's strategy.

Cheeverstown House is a major intellectual disability service provider on the south side of Dublin. It has an annual operating budget of €25m and supports 130 residential and 450 day service users and their families. As Financial Controller, responsible for all aspects of the financial operation of the organisation including budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting, for IT and capital planning.

St Vincent's Private Hospital is a large private hospital closely aligned to St. Vincent's University Hospital Elm Park. It currently has an annual budget in excess of €100m. Responsible for financial reporting and annual audit, process improvement and standardisation. Development of activity KPI's to facilitate high performing organisation.
