I joined Arun Estates in 2020 as floating branch manager within Essex and East London. During my placement in the Epping sales branch, I took the worst performing office in the company to the 'MOST PROFITABLE' and won 'OFFICE OF THE YEAR' over a period of 16 months with a small dedicated team of two full time sales staff. I left the company in 2023 as focus shifted to closing branches and concentrating efforts on charity work with Barnardo's.

I joined Gibbs Gillespie in July 2009 We opened further offices in Gerard's Cross, Northwood and Stanmore throughout London and grew the business organically to 13 offices across Greater London and the Home Counties and created an award winning and highly respected brand with a turnover in excess of £10m. Gibbs Gillespie and the mortgage broking business, Mortgage Scout, was sold as very profitable businesses, to Leaders Romans Group.

Blue Index was a FCA Authorised and Regulated multi-product Broker. We were the UK’s largest advisory broker providing Institutional, Professional and HNW client’s access to a wide range of asset classes by telephone and on-line. Providing an industry leading service including advice, monitoring and research tailored to suit the needs and requirements of individual clients. Providing bespoke research using technical, fundamental and order flow analysis.My progression into the role as Head of my own Sales team involved the training and development of trainee and junior traders, along with dealing with a large number of HNW and Institutional clients. Presenting at major investment seminars and shows across the UK, generating new leads/clients promoting the services offered by Blue Index. Arranging and hosting regular client seminars at our City offices along with other venues such as Golf Clubs, David Lloyd’s fitness clubs and IFA offices.I was one of the highest individual revenue generators for the company producing monthly rebates over £30k per month, and throughout my employment, whilst still managing the sales team. Identifying new lead sources for the sales team and working closely and managing the marketing budget with new and existing media partners to maximise ROI, the quality of leads and client conversion. Using various media forms including Bloomberg TV, YouTube and PPC email campaigns to create increased brand awareness. Building long term, successful and profitable IB relationships with major clearing brokers, assisting them in providing an efficient and compliant account opening process, within an ever-changing regulated environment. Developing new features in partnership with the clearing brokers such as online IB POA’s, White label and branded live/demo trading accounts and back office account management systems.
