-As an Operations Team Staff member for Farmingdale State College Ice Hockey, I facilitate the smooth delivery of game-day operations at the Northwell Health Ice Center in East Meadow, NY. My main area of responsibilities includes setting up a ticket sale table for guests to purchase tickets, conducting ticket sales, operating the scoreboard for contests, and accurately recording live statistics(goals, assists, penalties) using the app “GameSheets”.-In addition to home games, I went on to work game‑day operations for the Empire Division Playoffs held at The Rinks in Shelton, CT in February 2024. Here, I worked not only Farmingdale’s participation but game operations for every team competing in the league, helping to make the occasion a memorable experience for players and fans alike.-Furthermore, I interned at the Amateur Athletic Union(AAU) National Championship at the Ice Line Quad Rinks in West Chester, PA in March 2024. Here, I would assist in setting up the media station, request post-game interviews with players and coaches, and decide the MVP of each game based on statistical analysis for all four championships (DI, DII, DIII, and Women’s) running concurrently.

-Put returned books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, and newspapers back on the library shelves.-Called patrons to remind them of classes, community events, and DIY kits that they registered for.-Setup/cleanup of the library community rooms for classes and events such as defensive driving, tax help, paint nights, movie nights, yoga classes, children's activities, etc., and checked them in when they came.-Closing procedures: walked through the aisles and made sure everything looked uniform, shut down all printers and public iPads, locked the community room doors, cleaned the children's playroom.-Trained new pages on closing procedures and assisted new hires on how to shelve their books.
