In this role, I provide leadership and direction within the college community engagement. I work with colleagues, external partners, including DWP, and learners to co-ordinate the provision. With a strong focus on achievements and outcomes I develop and organise systems for tracking and monitoring of learner progress.

I provided administrative support to the Employer Engagement Team within the Apprenticeship Team as well as the wider team at The Point Business Centre.

I am the leader of Wyre Forest Labour Group on Wyre Forest District Council.
