Craft is a US-based tech startup, in the supply chain intelligence industry, where I joined a very small team in the early stages of the company’s life. My duties were to:• Support the delivery and development of our outbound sales strategy to ensure sustainable long term growth for the business.• Manage the consultative sales process from start to finish with organisations from the US to New Zealand. I began to expand my sales acumen and close my own deals, bringing in brands such as Ferrari and Fujitsu and hitting my yearly targets after 4 months. This included the writing of proposals and ownership of renewals.• Project manage the delivery of specific areas of work within each account that I managed.• Support the organisation to develop strong relationships with partners and customers, both existing and potential.• Take on a leadership role. I was one of the longest serving people at Craft and as such was heavilyinvolved in local strategy, as well as the training and management of new hires.• Attend conferences to build on my interpersonal and networking skills.

My duties were to:Deliver excellent customer service by working flexibly as part of a team.Ensuring that stock is replenished and displayed to required standards.To adhere to hygiene and health and safety standards at all times. I have worked as a partner at Waitrose since 2014, including stints in both Customer Service and Replenishment departments, giving me an adept knowledge on the way that such a business is run from several points of view. I have established myself as a key and trusted member of the workforce which means I am one of few who repeatedly returns to the branch over university holidays. I have been responsible for cash handling, managing inventory and I learnt to control any precarious situation that arose before me whilst working effectively in a team.
