During my previous work as a sales assistant, i have learned how to communicate with customers and clients on a personal basis. In doing so i feel i have gained a wide knowledge and understanding of ways to help and understand a customers needs. As part of my job role i felt it essential to communicate well with staff as well as customers to ensure a level of understanding between all parties. My work at Inflite Engineering Services has me working with a wide range of employees on the shop floor which means the abilty to communicate with all is a challenge. I feel i have overcome this obsticle during the years i have worked for Inflite due to my approchable personality and confidence. Working on individual jobs means i have to be well organised and have the knowledge of the machinery to be able to work to a time scale. As well as working on large projects, i work on intrecate parts which i feel shows that i have a very good eye for detail. This job gives me a wide range of engineering and a knowledge of mechanics.
