Since I began working here I have always been learning something new as we also do driveways, huts, summerhouses etc. I have had 2 promotions in my time working here and I am always wanting to exceed my expectations as I always want to improve. I have been in charge of people on occasions either when the boss isn't there or just for the whole way through a job. I am just getting more experienced everyday and improving on my standards as I'm not satisfied but just okay every time I do a project it has to be perfect.

I spent 2 brief spells as a tempt at dreams which was good for me as it taught me how to interact with customers better and be more attentive to what they need. I got on extremely well with the staff there and had very good work ethic and was always on top of every assignment that got handed to me.
