I have 15 years experience of being involved in the counselling profession, both as a practitioner and a lecturer and now manage a large team of counsellors and psychotherapists delivering psychological services in Optums EAP. I have worked as private counsellor, a group facilitator; a clinical supervisor, a facilitator on a domestic violence programme and a drugs and alcohol rehabilitation group. I now work for an EAP programme offering telephone counselling to employees presenting with a wide range of difficulties, such as work related stress/anxiety to addiction and relationship issues as a clinical manager overseeing and supervising clinical services.I have also worked as a private practitioner seeing individuals on a one to one basis working in private practice.Specialties: Counselling on a one to one basis.
